REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS
We value the client experience and have set in place guide lines to ensure a professional and happy environment.
If you are not happy with your results, please call/txt your stylist directly. Our team will be happy to make small tweaks and adjustment within 2 weeks or less of your hair apt.
*This curtesy is not to be confused with "changing your mind" or trying to work the system for free services. If your request is reasonable, we will do all that we can to fix any error in quality.
We do not offer refunds of any kind. *See our Redo Policies if your are dissatisfied with your results.
tARDINESS / CANCELLATIONS
If your are running 15 minutes or less late to your apt please call ahead. If your arrived beyond 20mins late, you may have to forfeit your apt completely.
If you cancel less than 24hrs in advance, it is considered a ''no show''. Your stylist may choose to take a deposit to secure future apts. If this is a reoccurring issue, your stylist may refuse providing your future services.
